How to use: Place over your eyes and lay back for a calming experience. Use during meditation or during savasana.
Care instructions: Remove lotus silk cover and hand wash the outer casing in cold water with a mild wool wash detergent and line dry. To wash inner cashing- Remove flaxseeds and machine wash the organic cotton inner casing separately in warm water on a gentle cycle with detergent. Do not bleach. Refill with new flaxseeds every 12 months and add lavender or your favourite aromatherapy scent.
